How long does approval take?
Approval typically takes 1-3 business days. We manually verify each partner to ensure the safety and integrity of our network. You will receive an email notification once your account is approved.
What happens after my free trial ends?
After the 14-day free trial, your subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription at AED 997 per month. You can cancel anytime through your account settings.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the website or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do I list my cars?
Once your account is approved, download the Swaply B2B app, log in with your credentials, and use the "Add Car" feature to create listings with photos, pricing, and availability.
How do bookings work?
Partners can browse available cars in the Explore section, view availability calendars, and request bookings. Vehicle owners receive notifications and can approve or reject requests.
How do I contact other partners?
Communication happens via WhatsApp using the phone numbers provided in partner profiles. We do not have an in-app chat feature.
What if I have a dispute with another partner?
Disputes should be resolved directly between partners. If you need assistance, contact our support team and we will help mediate the situation.
